2025 Women's Economy Days: 'Shaping the Future: Women & Men Strong as a Team'
The 2025 Women's Economy Days in Baden-Württemberg, taking place from October 15 to 18, will focus on 'Shaping the Future: Women & Men Strong as a Team'. Minister of Economics, Labor and Tourism, Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, emphasized the importance of effective team collaboration and shared responsibility to tackle the gender care gap and high part-time employment rate among women.
The event, involving institutions like Kontaktstellen Frau und Beruf, Agenturen für Arbeit, and Handwerkskammern, aims to promote partnership-based teamwork between women and men. Successful duos, such as a mixed pair from Robert Bosch GmbH and the founding couple of engomo GmbH, will share their experiences with shared responsibilities. With around 90 events statewide, participants are encouraged to shape a future with equal opportunities and fair distribution of work and care. Teamwork, the event underscores, distributes responsibility and stress across multiple shoulders in the workplace, private life, and care work. An equal partnership in career and family is the guiding principle for women and men today.
The Baden-Württemberg Women's Economy Days 2025, with its main theme 'Shaping the Future: Women & Men Strong as a Team', seeks to foster a culture of shared responsibility and equal partnership. With insights from successful duos and a wide range of events, participants are invited to help create a more balanced future for all.
