Astrid Lindgren Students Renew 'Yellow Feet' for Safer School Route

Students of the Astrid Lindgren School in Wilsche have given a fresh look to the 'Yellow Feet', the orientation aids along their school route. The renewed markers will help guide young students safely to school, especially during darker mornings or rainy conditions.

The 'Yellow Feet' serve as a vital safety measure, making the journey to school safer for the young students. The project was a collaborative effort, with the Gifhorn Police Station's traffic safety advisor Roland Thielen and caretaker Mr. Schacht lending a helping hand. Christoph Nowak, the person responsible for public relations at the Police Station Gifhorn, expressed gratitude towards the students for their initiative.

The renewed 'Yellow Feet' are now visible, ready to guide the children of Astrid Lindgren School safely to their destination. This community effort highlights the importance of collective responsibility in ensuring the well-being of our youth.
