Back-to-School 2025 Competition Announced by Tech & Learning
The Tech & Learning Awards of Excellence is back for the 2025-26 school year, celebrating the most innovative and effective products that support teaching, learning, and parenting in the new academic year. This prestigious award program, a legacy in the edtech industry, is now open for nominations in July 2025.
The contest features three main categories: Primary (K-6), Secondary (6-12), and Higher Ed (college and beyond). Products eligible for nomination include security solutions, Learning Management Systems (LMSs), hardware, software, and more.
Nominated products are evaluated by a panel of Tech & Learning advisors based on ease of use, value, versatility, product integration with existing systems, and problem-solving capabilities. There is no limit to the number of products a company can nominate, but each requires a separate nomination form and entry fee.
Winning products will be showcased in a special edition of Tech & Learning magazine, distributed to 70,000 district leaders and school administrators, and announced in September 2025. Winners will also have the opportunity to use nominee and winner logos for marketing and collateral use, providing increased visibility for their products.
The cost to enter is $625 for a single entry, $595 for 4 entries, and $525 for 5 or more entries. Any company with a product that supports innovative, effective teaching and learning is eligible to enter.
