On June 7, between 1 and 3 PM, the National Center "Russia" will be buzzing with excitement as the VII International Contest "Tell the World About Your Homeland" hands out awards. Over 60 participants, hailing from 22 Russian regions and 21 countries, will receive their well-deserved accolades.
This fantastic event has attracted a whopping 7,407 spectacular entries from children, teenagers, and youth collectives across 89 Russian regions and 54 countries. In just 7 short years, more than 25,000 stunning works submitted by participants from a whopping 83 countries have flooded the contest organizers. The expert council consists of 125 esteemed teachers, university professors, and public figures from 32 Russian regions and 5 foreign countries.
These talented enthusiasts put their heart and soul into showcasing the most captivating events, traditions, and remarkable spots of their homeland. Their works took the form of engaging videos, mesmerizing drawings, or spellbinding presentations.
As for the Krasnodar region, they have some notable winners up their sleeve. In the special nomination of the Rossotrudnichestvo Center "Defender of the Motherland," young prodigy Vladislav Zima, aged 16, from the village of Rayevskaya secured a well-deserved victory. Likewise, Nicola Ivanovsky from Armavir triumphed in the special nomination of the "Path Home" project, winning for his heart-warming tale about the Motherland.
