Embarking on a novel endeavor, the Federal Youth Authority (FYA) has teamed up with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) to propel the development of Emirati youth, aligning with the National Youth Agenda 2031. The ceremony, graced by Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, witnessed the signatures of Khaled Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Authority, and Abdulnasser Bin Kalban, Chief Executive Officer of EGA.

Notably, EGA, a pioneer in investing in youth talents and innovation, boasts over 700 employees under the age of 35 and has engaged over 35,000 students through outreach programs such as 'Engineer the Future' and the EGA Ambassador Programme. These initiatives, with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), epitomize EGA's dedication to fostering a younger, more dynamic workforce.
