Enhancing Child Safety in Work Environments: New Initiative Introduced by the Commission

Hagensville cops' Tuesday extravaganza educates kiddos on road safety

Tuesday morning, 03.06.2025, was all about the younguns and traffic safety. Hagen's crime-fighting squad, in cahoots with savvy safety consultants and the ADFC, joined forces with the nationwide "sicher.mobil.leben 2025 - Children in Focus" traffic safety crusade. These guardians of the asphalt descended upon Grundschule Erwin Hegemann in Altenhagen, ready to enlighten the little minds on the dos and don'ts of navigating the unpredictable world of traffic.

The day kicked off at Boeler Street, where the gurus took the tykes through the ins and outs of crossing the streets safely, complete with a hands-on demo.

Bikes were the stars of the show, too. Little Johnny learned the ABCs of riding a bicycle, from taking off like a pro to stopping on a dime and navigating turns strategically.

Station number three had the kiddies embrace their inner daredevils by exploring the perils of the blind spot, learning how to stay visible on the road.

According to Police Chief Commissioner Martin Krimmel, the traffic safety advisor at Hagen police, the session was an outstanding success. "The kiddos were chomping at the bit, eager to learn. Practical exercises make learning a breeze, and they'll be safer on the road in no time," he remarked.

The Hagen police extended their gratitude to the school administration, teachers, and volunteers for their valuable support, wrapping up asmashingly positive feedback.

Hagensville police, understanding the importance of both personal growth and education-and-self-development, used Tuesday's road safety event to teach children about safe transport, which is essential for their future personal-growth opportunities such as learning to ride a bicycle. The success of the event validates the positive impact transportation safety education can have on a child's life, fostering not only road safety skills but also a sense of responsibility.
