According to recent statistics, over half of the registered learners on the platform are women, with 61% of users being female.

Experts from the Center for the Development of Labor Resources have offered recommendations for women in choosing courses, highlighting popular areas such as Entrepreneurship, IT sector, Marketing, Agriculture, and Social services. While specific data on the most popular courses for women on Skills Enbek is not available, broader context and trends in Kazakhstan’s education and labor market suggest that women tend to favour courses in healthcare, business, and blue-collar professions.
