List of Scholars Honored for Their Outstanding Academic Achievements During the Summer Term of 2019
Middle Georgia State University (MGA) is proud to announce the students who have excelled academically during the Summer 2019 term. The institution's Academic Excellence program, designed to recognise students who consistently raise the bar of excellence, has three levels of recognition: Honor Roll, Honor Roll with Distinction, and the President's List.
The President's List honours students who have achieved a GPA of 3.8 or higher. Among the recipients for Summer 2019 are Leah Yourstone, majoring in Graphic Design, and Nicole Porata, majoring in Web Design. Dr. Meryl P. Epstein, Director of Education at MGA, expressed her congratulations to these high achievers.
The Honor Roll with Distinction is awarded to students who have maintained a GPA of 3.5 or higher but less than 3.8. Jaclyn Borchardt, majoring in Graphic Design and Digital Photography, and Bethany Robbins, majoring in Graphic Design, are among those who received this honour for Summer 2019.
The Honor Roll recognises students who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher but less than 3.5. Dominick Andreacchio, majoring in Digital Media, Rachel Herring, majoring in Graphic Design, Juan Parra, majoring in Illustration, Katherine Orizal, also majoring in Illustration, and Hannah Wessel, majoring in Graphic Design, are on the Honor Roll for Summer 2019.
In addition, Dominick Andreacchio, Michelle Buck, Bethany Hemesath, Rachel Herring, Katherine Orizal, Juan Parra, Nicole Porata, Julie Satele, Cody Slaughter, Anna Spankie, Kylie Welsh, and Leah Yourstone are on the Honor Roll for Summer 2019.
The institution's team is focused on supporting all students' achievements and celebrating high achievers. Dr. Epstein encouraged everyone to continue moving forward, pushing boundaries, and exceeding expectations.
