Tokyo's Everest International School Posts Impressive SEE 2081 Grades

The Everest International School in Tokyo, Japan, has once again proven its academic excellence, as it announced outstanding results in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081.

Established in 2013 by the Nepali community in Japan, the school continues to thrive, with over 500 students from Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Japan, and Zambia currently enrolled. The diverse student body reflects the school's commitment to fostering a global learning environment.

Over the past five years, 113 students have passed the SEE from Everest International School. In the latest results, 29 students participated, with 6 securing a perfect 4.0 GPA, and the remaining students scoring above a 3.8 GPA. The school's performance was announced by the National Examination Board (NEB), with the Japanese Ministry of Education recognising Everest International School as equivalent to an international school.

The school's success is attributed to several factors. Adherence to the Nepali national curriculum (NEB/SEE) standards ensures students meet the academic requirements as if studying in Nepal. The employment of qualified Nepali teachers or curriculum experts familiar with the requirements of the SEE exams helps students prepare effectively in an overseas setting.

Moreover, the school places emphasis on motivation, discipline, and fostering a strong community spirit among students and staff. These factors are highlighted by repeated accolades celebrating both academic excellence and dedication. The school also maintains an academic and extracurricular balance, with student achievements beyond exams, such as participation in sports events with other Nepali schools abroad.

Principal Bishnu Prasad Bhatt attributes this success to the students' hard work, guidance from teachers, and support from parents. The school's latest achievement is a testament to the school's commitment to providing quality education and nurturing its students to reach their full potential.

In addition to the main campus, a new branch of Everest School has been opened in Arakawa City, Tokyo, offering education from nursery to Grade 5. The school also offers classes for Grades 11 and 12 under the Science and Management streams.

Everest International School, despite operating outside Nepal, maintains an outstanding performance in the NEB results, demonstrating that a global learning environment can foster academic success.
