Two New Schools in City Start Successfully Despite Challenges

Two new schools, Wilhelm-Strauß-Straße Elementary School and Am Ringerberg Elementary School, have begun operations in the city. Despite challenges such as language barriers, both schools have started successfully, as reported by Mayor Heinrichs. The children greeted visitors with heartwarming songs, with Wilhelm-Strauß-Straße Elementary School singing 'I like you best' and Am Ringerberg Elementary School performing a composition by teacher Lena Rehberg, titled 'Hand in hand at Am Ringerberg'.

Principal Svenja Theißen led visitors through Wilhelm-Strauß-Straße Elementary School, discussing the initial weeks with the new first grade. Meanwhile, Principal Silvana Tenbült spoke about Am Ringerberg Elementary School's beginnings as an independent location and its ongoing connection to Vitusschule. Both schools have ongoing construction projects, with the city working to advance them.

The children at Wilhelm-Strauß-Straße Elementary School prepared two songs to welcome visitors, including 'I like you best'. Am Ringerberg Elementary School, on the other hand, greeted visitors with a song composed by teacher Lena Rehberg, reflecting the school's desire to be a community and a home. The school is planning to establish a violence prevention program with support from the parent-teacher association. Deputy Mayor Schüßler confirmed the success of both schools and their commitment to the children's well-being.

The city's two newest elementary schools, Wilhelm-Strauß-Straße and Am Ringerberg, have started successfully despite initial challenges.
